Refund Policy

1. General

This policy describes refund terms for paid plans of captions.space (the “Service”) and forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

• Your first subscription payment is refundable within 14 days provided you have not used a substantial amount of the Service (no more than 10 minutes of processed video).
• Renewal payments are non-refundable — cancel your subscription in the account settings before the billing date and you will keep access until the end of the paid period.
• After cancellation the subscription does not renew; partial periods are not compensated.

3. One-time purchases (minute packs)

Unused minute packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If a pack has been partially used, the refund is calculated pro rata for the unused balance.

4. Technical issues

If processing fails due to a fault of the Service and we cannot fix it, we will return the deducted minutes or, at your choice, refund the corresponding part of the payment.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@captions.space from the address your account is registered with, stating the payment date and amount. We reply within 3 business days; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
